Established since 1886,Daaboul Sons envisioned a unique approach to provide premium fresh quality traditional spices and mixes to local food service facilities all over Lebanon.

Since then this vision grew rapidly into a huge business equipped with sophisticated production facilities and high end packaging lines, committing to the highest standards in food safety, acquiring ISO 22000:2005 and hygiene.

MAZEEJ initiative is funded by Italy within the framework of the project “Strengthening Job Creation and Creativity in the Agro-Food Sector in Lebanon Through Technology Transfer and Skills Training” implemented by UNIDO in partnership with the Ministry of Industry in Lebanon and in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture.
