Growing up to the aromatics of the wild Zaatar on the Niha mountains, Youssef Fahed originally an engineer, followed his passion and became a proud producer of Zaatar. By cultivating wheat, potatoes and rare mushrooms, in addition to wild zaatar, Youssef Fahed created an opportunity for consumers to enjoy the “Cedar Scent” natural products and has made it his mission to share his skills with nearby farmers and help them better market their Zaatar products.
